This design was inspired by my foodie four year old daughter who wanted eggs that could crack without making a mess on my kitchen floor! Egg is made from 100% wool using a wet-felting process. Edges are sewn with a blanket stitch to reduce tearing and to make the egg even cuter! The egg itself is about the size of a large egg and will fit in cardboard egg cartons. The egg inside is approximately 2 1/2 x 3 inches and made from eco felt. Egg inside is double layered for better durability and fits inside the egg shell.
Items are crafted individually so minor variability in size does occur. No glue is used in the making of this product.
Not intended for children under 3 or who are still mouthing their toys. Each item is crafted in a pet free, smoke free environment.
